There are different islands located in Pakistan some are in Sindh coast and some in Balochistan coast .—There is a list given below showing the names of islands located in Sindh coast in Pakistan :

ØClifton Oyster Rocks .

ØThere are some islands located in Balochistan listed below :
ØAstola Island . (also known as Haft Talar ) .
ØZalzala Jazeera . A small island that emerged offshore  Gwadr in 2013 during a powerful earth quack .
ØMalan Island . Offshore volcanic mud island that appears , disappears & reappears .
—Astola is Pakistan’s largest offshore island at approximately 6.7 Km (4.2 mi) long with a maximum width of 2.3 Km and an area of approximately 6.72 Km .
— It is also known as Jazeera Haft Talar .
— The highest point is 246 ft above sea level . Administratively , the island is a part of Pasni sub district of Gwadr district in Balochistan province .
—The island can be accessed by motorized boat from Pasni , with  the journey time of about 5 hours to reach the island .
